There are many books and audios online, but they are so many that one cannot only decide which one to buy. After months of preparation, I figured out that the best way is to practice with real (by this I mean difficult) TOEFL tests, and I compiled the best ones so that everyone can evaluate their scores at least only in the reading and listening sections.
All in all, these are the best software I found online for free.
ONLINE TPOs
There are many TPO (Toefl practice online) available in various sites, and all of them are in Chinese, but the point is to right-click and translate the page. They may ask you for a Chinese phone number; in that case, look for ways to buy a Chinese phone number, which is possible and safe.http://top.zhan.com/toefl/

Offline version (not tested yet)

The next ones are offline software for Windows. If you don't have Windows, install a virtual machine. Most of them have explanations for reading and listening to answers questions.
